*Annual Percentage Rate. New HELOCs only. Rate is fixed at 4.00% APR until August 31, 2011. On September 1, 2011, the rate changes to the greater of 5.00% APR or the prime rate. The prime rate is the highest prime rate published in the “Money Rates Table” of the Wall Street Journal on the last business day of each quarter. Prime is a variable rate; as it changes, the APR on your account will also change. If the introductory rate was not offered, current rate as of 8/31/10 would be 5.00% APR. The maximum APR that can apply is 18.00%. Credit and membership qualifications apply. A home equity line of credit is secured by a first or second mortgage lien on your home, which must be one-to-four family residential real estate. $5,000 initial advance required. 5-year draw, 10-year repayment period.
